The work refers to Vladimir Putin's devastation of Ukraine. Mr. Putin's favourite clothing brand is said to be Brioni, the Italian tailor famous for dressing Bond, while his shoes come from John Lobb or Salvatore Ferragamo. The work raises the question of the gap between his perception of himself and how the international community views him.
